Kelsie's took a little longer but that was because she wanted her new room to have a fresh look. Here are the first days of summer...
Ah the lazy days of Summer ~ Jed spends his first day sleeping in and watching TV.
Kelsie Paints her room Fresh Sprite colors..there are three lime green and one soft yellow
This is her friend TJ helping her paint. It really looks good - I was a bit nervous at this point but the finished product looks great! I will have to take a picture of her room now and post it. It is a very happy and refreshing room! And she loves it which is all that matters.

Did they make it to the finish of the job without painting each other?
I don't know if they finished without painting each other - but by the time they came downstairs to clean the brushes they both had green on their skin. Not too bad though (although I am pretty generous in letting them be creative and choose their own way of expressing I warned them not to get any paint on the floor)
In that last picture when she is bending down but looking up...it is a total flashback to high school! I remember a youth confrence or something and your hair being up in a pony and she looks just like you!! I even think we were painting or something. Too crazy!
