My new favorite snack. Graham crackers have just enough sweetness that it helps curb my cravings for candy. Soda was easy to kick. The difficult thing is when you get a value meal on the go - lemonade and Hi-C get old, and I really dislike the aftertaste of splenda which is in alot of the fake lemonades. Candy still proves to be my biggest challenge. My cravings are more when I am bored or am looking for something quick and open the fridge or freezer to see candy bars. The results of my cutting out these two groups of junk food is I have more energy (not a ton - but noticable) I also noticed when I ate ice cream it tasted too sweet for my liking. Any other health benefits I have not yet felt or realized yet. It would be nice though to once again not enjoy my junk food and desert quite as often as I have in the past. I will keep updating as I continue to see changes in my life.

OK...you semi motivated me. I decided that I need to loose 10 pounds that crept back on this year. Week one I cut out soda with you, and added 3 days of yoga. Week two, now, I am drinking 64 oz of water and doing 4 days of yoga. I couldn't quite cut out the dark chocolate yet but the graham crackers are a great thing, I totally agree!!! I also like to munch on celery with sugar free peanut butter. I has just enough sweet to it as well. Good luck! Oh, it may help to get rid of those candy bars in the freezer too. :)
I can handle graham crackers.....
